How do I measure for a belt?

​

To accurately measure your belt, lay it on a flat service and make it as straight as possible. Using the end of the belt at the fold as your starting point, measure in inches to the hole you are currently using to the closest 1/4". The measurement you get is your belt size. Please double-check your measurement, as we are not responsible if you have measured incorrectly.

Shipping is determined using a rate calculator.  In some cases, the rates may be inaccurate and additional shipping fees may be required.

​​Returns & Refunds

 

Please contact us via email or phone if you need to return an item.  Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.  Refunds will be issued (minus original shipping costs) for stock items (tack, belts, and accessory items) as long as they are unused and returned within 15 days.  Custom items are not eligible for return.

We strongly recommend that when returning your package, you insure your package and send it through USPS, Fed Ex ,or UPS so that you may take advantage of their shipment tracking system.  We can only assist you with lost or stolen shipments if a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.
